Guarantee I hereby consent that Sunrex Management Ltd. conduct and / or cause to be conducted, a personal investigation from the Credit Bureaus in connection with the application for tenancy. The Guarantor hereby agrees with the Landlord that he/she will pay to the Landlord all rent due from the tenant which remains outstanding for more than 14 days after the payment date and reimburse the Landlord’s reasonable costs and expenses reasonably incurred as a result of the tenant’s failure to comply with any of the tenant’s covenants or obligations in the tenancy agreement. This Guarantee applies for the whole of the term of the tenancy and is not revocable during that term.
